After having worked as the president of an NGO and after having finished my master (MA) in international relations in Geneva, I decided to become a pilot. I am currently flying the Airbus A330 and A340 and am doing another master in organizational psychology. I also work as a human factors teacher for pilots and used to work as a safety-auditor. This gave me great insights into different teams on the ground and in the air. I experience time and again what it means to work in a difficult environment while still having to achieve a positive outcome.
